Mafqood is a free, AI-powered lost and found platform designed for Dubai and UAE residents, tourists, and visitors. Our service provides:
- Photo-based reporting of lost and found items
- AI visual matching using computer vision technology
- Bilingual interface (English and Arabic)
- Citywide database connecting lost items with found items
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Mafqood
- Users under 18 should have parental/guardian consent
- You must provide accurate information in your reports
- You are responsible for all activity under your device/session
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
4.1 You Agree To:
- Report only legitimate lost or found items
- Upload clear, relevant photos of items
- Provide accurate location and time information
- Act in good faith to reunite lost items with their rightful owners
- Respect the privacy and rights of others
4.2 You Agree NOT To:
- False Reports: Submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent reports
- Inappropriate Content: Upload images containing:
- Pornographic, violent, or illegal content
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Clear faces of identifiable individuals (privacy violation)
- Copyrighted material you don't own
- Misuse: Use the platform for spam, scams, or commercial advertising
- System Abuse: Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our systems
- Impersonation: Falsely claim ownership of items that aren't yours
5. Content Ownership & License
5.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you upload
- By submitting content, you grant Mafqood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content to other users for matching purposes
- Process images with AI for visual similarity matching
- Store and archive content as needed to operate the service
- You can delete your reports at any time by contacting us
5.2 Our Content
- The Mafqood platform, logo, design, and AI technology are our intellectual property
- Mafqood is open-source software licensed under the MIT License
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary elements without permission
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
6.1 No Guarantee of Recovery
Mafqood is a platform to facilitate connections between people who lost items and those who found them. We do NOT guarantee:
- That you will find matches for your lost items
- That matches are accurate or lead to successful recovery
- That users act honestly or return items
- That items are still available when you see a match
6.2 AI Matching Limitations
- Our AI provides visual similarity estimates, not definitive identification
- Similarity scores are probabilistic and may produce false positives/negatives
- You are responsible for verifying item ownership through additional details
6.3 Third-Party Interactions
- Mafqood is not responsible for interactions between users
- We do not mediate disputes over item ownership
- Always meet in public, safe locations when exchanging items
- Verify item details before claiming ownership
6.4 Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Mafqood may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
7. Liability & Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW:
- Mafqood is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are NOT liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to items
- False matches or inaccurate AI results
- User misconduct or fraudulent activity
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to AED 100 (~$27 USD)
7.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mafqood, its developers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to Mafqood
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of Mafqood is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
- What data we collect and how we use it
- How AI processes your images
- Your rights under UAE data protection laws
- How to request data deletion
9. Content Moderation & Removal
We Reserve the Right To:
- Review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
- Cooperate with law enforcement in cases of illegal activity
- Remove content containing identifiable faces or sensitive personal information
Reporting Violations:

10. Termination
- You may stop using Mafqood at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data
11. Changes to Terms

- Notice on the Mafqood homepage
Continued use of Mafqood after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
- Venue: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE
- Language: In case of conflicts between English and Arabic versions, the English version prevails

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

2. وصف الخدمة
مفقود هي منصة مجانية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي للمفقودات والمتروكات مصممة لسكان دبي والإمارات والسياح والزوار. تقدم خدمتنا:
- الإبلاغ عن العناصر المفقودة والموجودة بناءً على الصور
- المطابقة البصرية بالذكاء الاصطناعي باستخدام تقنية رؤية الكمبيوتر
- واجهة ثنائية اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية)
- قاعدة بيانات على مستوى المدينة تربط العناصر المفقودة بالعناصر الموجودة
3. أهلية المستخدم
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام مفقود
- يجب على المستخدمين دون سن 18 عاماً الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر/الوصي
- يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة في تقاريرك
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة تحت جهازك/جلستك
4. مسؤوليات المستخدم والاستخدام المقبول
4.1 أنت توافق على:
- الإبلاغ فقط عن العناصر المفقودة أو الموجودة الشرعية
- تحميل صور واضحة وذات صلة بالعناصر
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن الموقع والوقت
- التصرف بحسن نية لإعادة العناصر المفقودة إلى أصحابها الشرعيين
- احترام خصوصية وحقوق الآخرين
4.2 أنت توافق على عدم:
- التقارير الكاذبة: تقديم تقارير مزيفة أو مضللة أو احتيالية
- المحتوى غير المناسب: تحميل صور تحتوي على:
- محتوى إباحي أو عنيف أو غير قانوني
- خطاب الكراهية أو المضايقة أو التمييز
- وجوه واضحة لأفراد يمكن التعرف عليهم (انتهاك الخصوصية)
- مواد محمية بحقوق الطبع والنشر لا تملكها
- إساءة الاستخدام: استخدام المنصة للرسائل غير المرغوب فيها أو الاحتيال أو الإعلانات التجارية
- إساءة استخدام النظام: محاولة اختراق أو استخراج أو تحميل أنظمتنا بشكل زائد
- انتحال الشخصية: المطالبة زوراً بملكية عناصر ليست لك
5. ملكية المحتوى والترخيص
5.1 محتواك
- تحتفظ بملكية الصور والأوصاف التي تقوم بتحميلها
- من خلال تقديم المحتوى، تمنح مفقود ترخيصاً غير حصري وعالمي ومجاني من أجل:
- عرض محتواك للمستخدمين الآخرين لأغراض المطابقة
- معالجة الصور بالذكاء الاصطناعي لمطابقة التشابه البصري
- تخزين وأرشفة المحتوى حسب الحاجة لتشغيل الخدمة
- يمكنك حذف تقاريرك في أي وقت عن طريق الاتصال بنا
5.2 محتوانا
- منصة مفقود والشعار والتصميم وتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي هي ملكيتنا الفكرية
- مفقود هو برنامج مفتوح المصدر مرخص بموجب ترخيص MIT
- لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو إعادة توزيع عناصرنا الملكية دون إذن
6. إخلاء المسؤولية والقيود
6.1 عدم ضمان الاسترداد
مفقود هي منصة لتسهيل الاتصالات بين الأشخاص الذين فقدوا عناصر وأولئك الذين وجدوها. نحن لا نضمن:
- أنك ستجد تطابقات لعناصرك المفقودة
- أن التطابقات دقيقة أو تؤدي إلى استرداد ناجح
- أن المستخدمين يتصرفون بأمانة أو يعيدون العناصر
- أن العناصر لا تزال متاحة عندما ترى تطابقاً
6.2 قيود مطابقة الذكاء الاصطناعي
- يوفر الذكاء الاصطناعي لدينا تقديرات التشابه البصري، وليس تحديداً نهائياً
- درجات التشابه احتمالية وقد تنتج إيجابيات/سلبيات كاذبة
- أنت مسؤول عن التحقق من ملكية العنصر من خلال تفاصيل إضافية
6.3 التفاعلات مع الطرف الثالث
- مفقود ليست مسؤولة عن التفاعلات بين المستخدمين
- نحن لا نتوسط في النزاعات حول ملكية العناصر
- قابل دائماً في أماكن عامة وآمنة عند تبادل العناصر
- تحقق من تفاصيل العنصر قبل المطالبة بالملكية
6.4 توفر الخدمة
نسعى جاهدين للتوفر على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع ولكن لا نضمن خدمة مستمرة. قد يكون مفقود غير متاح مؤقتاً بسبب الصيانة أو التحديثات أو المشاكل التقنية.
7. المسؤولية والتعويض
7.1 حد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به قانون الإمارات:
- يتم توفير مفقود "كما هي" دون ضمانات من أي نوع
- نحن غير مسؤولين عن:
- فقدان أو سرقة أو تلف العناصر
- التطابقات الكاذبة أو نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي غير الدقيقة
- سوء سلوك المستخدم أو النشاط الاحتيالي
- الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو العقابية
- مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة محدودة بـ 100 درهم (~27 دولار أمريكي)
7.2 التعويض
أنت توافق على تعويض وحماية مفقود ومطوريها وشركائها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو نفقات ناشئة عن:
- استخدامك للمنصة
- انتهاكك لهذه الشروط
- انتهاكك لأي حقوق طرف ثالث
- المحتوى الذي تقدمه إلى مفقود
8. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
يخضع استخدامك لمفقود أيضاً لـسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي توضح:
- البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها
- كيف يعالج الذكاء الاصطناعي صورك
- حقوقك بموجب قوانين حماية البيانات في الإمارات
- كيفية طلب حذف البيانات
9. إشراف المحتوى وإزالته
نحتفظ بالحق في:
- مراجعة أو تحرير أو إزالة أي محتوى ينتهك هذه الشروط
- تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات لانتهاكات السياسة
- التعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون في حالات النشاط غير القانوني
- إزالة المحتوى الذي يحتوي على وجوه يمكن التعرف عليها أو معلومات شخصية حساسة
الإبلاغ عن الانتهاكات:

10. الإنهاء
- يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام مفقود في أي وقت
- قد نعلق أو ننهي وصولك لانتهاكات هذه الشروط
- عند الإنهاء، يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك
11. التغييرات على الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط لتعكس التغييرات في خدمتنا أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيتم الإعلان عن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر:
- تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه
- إشعار على الصفحة الرئيسية لمفقود
يشكل الاستخدام المستمر لمفقود بعد التغييرات قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
12. القانون الحاكم وحل النزاعات
- الولاية القضائية: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة
- المكان: سيتم حل النزاعات في محاكم دبي، الإمارات
- اللغة: في حالة وجود تعارض بين النسختين الإنجليزية والعربية، تسود النسخة الإنجليزية
13. قابلية الفصل
إذا وجد أن أي حكم من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإن الأحكام المتبقية ستظل سارية المفعول بالكامل.
